Why I made this story:

It's better to feel than not to feel. You can use cannabis to cope, but you can't always depend on it to cure. It's a piece of the puzzle, not the entire puzzle.

Start low and go slow.

Begin with low doses and wait for the felt effects before consuming more. Consuming too much cannabis can be uncomfortable or unpleasant and may elevate feelings of anxiety.

Practice mindful and intentional cannabis use.

While Callie found relief from her intense emotions through cannabis, it's important to use it thoughtfully and as one part of a broader emotional management strategy.
