Why I made this story:
I wanted to show that people with mental illness use cannabis and it's an important part of my life. If you are in a place where you don't want to or can't stop using cannabis you can still find ways to have more stability and healing.
Practice mindful and intentional cannabis use.
It’s important to understand that everyone's relationship with cannabis is different, and being aware of how it interacts with your mental health can help guide safer use and increase positive experiences.
Consider how your lived experience may elevate risk.
If you or a family member have a history of mental health problems or substance use disorder, your risk of developing cannabis-related mental health challenges may increase.
